Refund policy
-All sales are FINAL and can't be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.
-Please note that we do not refund money by any circumstances.
-We use the address YOU provide! If your shipped package is returned to us, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again.
-If a product is damaged by the manufacturer we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of a damaged product is provided. The item must be sent back to us (at your own cost) and we will replace the item. We can't replace or exchange used items.
-"Pre-order" items are not in stock at the time you place an order and will ship once arrived to our warehouse. In the case you order a "pre-order" item it will delay your total order. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed.
